Forget who wins for a minute and forget Bellew saying he doesn't want the fight.Surely this could be marketed to death and makes pure financial sense for both. Also if Bellew wants to fight for a heavyweight title and is willing to fight Parker or Wilder why not Aj???It by far makes him the most cash and as most people think he gets cleaned out off Parker or Wilder, why not get cleaned out by Aj and earn an extra 5 million!!

    Honestly, I don't see it.

Better and more lucrative fights on the horizon for Joshua, more winnable fights for Bellew.

My point is if he's fighting for a world heavyweight title there are only 3 options. Are you suggesting the other two are a lot more winnable than Aj?

I agree I think Bellew should push for the fight. What an easy sell it would be to the casual market. Bellew would absolutely kill it at the press conferences. Yeah he'd almost certainly get battered and that's a scary prospect but hey, Wilder probably hits as hard if not harder than AJ.

And if Bellew truly is all about setting his kids up this is the best option. Could even push for it at Goodison again. Could end up making £5m+ for eight weeks and one minute's work.

Needs to stay away from wilder and joshua. The reach difference height difference massive. He wont fight either of them. Neither he should. But parker...isnt out of the question. Pretty sure parkers reach is quite short. Hes got pretty small arms. Gives bellew a slight chance. Then after that wait for haye. Then walk out to the sunset financially secure with a half decent career under his belt.

I agree with this. Only an inch difference in height with Parker and he's got much better movement, something Parker struggled with in his last fight against Ruiz.

I agree his best chance to win is against Parker but does it stack up in the pay department, the wilder fight is way more lucrative and aj a lot more so.Also if he pulled off an unlikely win against Parker where would that leave him legacy wise, all of a sudden his resume start lookin pretty damn good and even the biggest Bellew detractor would have to sit up and take notice.

Bellew needs to win a legit hw fight against somebody who is top 20 then I'll take him seriously.

Haye was comfortably in anyone's top 20 prior to the fight

I said legit win, that was not a legit win just as Martin Glazkov was not legit.

Because its a blatant mis- match and everyone knows it, it is not commercially viable.

The Haye win means next to nothing. Bellew taking on heavyweights is madness, he would be very stupid. great to have a pay day, nice to have unscrambled brains as well....

    I don't think it sells...

Don't really think any fights at heavyweight for bellew sell as well as a Haye rematch, and that's why I think it happens...

It's one thing beating a one legged Haye who could barely stand up and taking 11 rounds to do it...a whole different kettle of fish fighting the bigger guys...

Crap idea all round. Bellew would be squashed like an ant. A fit Haye would have done him and anyone in boxing knows that
