If Hearn done what Shalom pulled here he would be absolutely slaughtered.

It’s a disgrace , they are legitimate questions he should be answering them.

 

Shalom is a melt. Can’t believe they’ve given him the rights to Sky ffs.

Warren getting the Sky rights would have been ideal. Bigger budget than BT and with his friendship with Arum and Top Rank they could have done some very good business.

Hearn is also pretty much the only major promoter who consistently contradicts himself in interviews time and time again. It’s easy to do no-holds barred open questioning interviews when you know you’ll just brazenly change your opinion in a few months if doing so will suit you from a business perspective.

Classic example is him insisting he would never work with boxers who fail drug tests and then working with the likes of Canelo and Galahad.

Matchroom also funded IFL when Kugan and James were trying to build their platform, sponsoring their travel costs etc. If you don’t think that allowed Hearn to influence IFL and use IFL to promote his fighters and agenda you really are so far gone up Hearn’s arse.

 

And if anyone picks up on it he just replies with ‘get a life’ and some crap about transformer pyjamas and mums spare room.

 

You're 100% correct but I'll tell you this, If I was a professional fighter I'd sign with Matchroom. Hearn is an idiot and a stereotypical southerner, but he's very good at what he does.

 

Yeah probably would do the same tbh, although you’d have natural concerns about boxing on an app that loads of people have no clue about.
