He didn't really beat Dirrell though did he? And what did Taylor do at SMW. To be honest I think Plant probably could have beaten Abraham and 50/50 about Groves.

    Bute isn't better than Caleb.

You have the audacity to question my boxing acumen, then you say something like this?

Dominant wins over Berrio, Joppy, Miranda, Bika, Zuniga, and the first one to stop Andrade in the rematch versus... a win over Uzcat.

Did you just start following boxing in 2019?

The Bute of the late 2000s would smoke Plant. You likely ONLY saw his loss to Froch.

No, nor did Dirrell really win it. You dont win fights fighting that negative & flopping around the canvas all night. What's Plant done at SMW? Beat a guy (Truax) a totally shot Taylor beat years earlier.. Plants shite. Hes beat NO ONE. Pascal, Kessler, Abraham & Bute all smash plant... Anthony Direll

Add to that the fact that Caleb didn't even dominate Uzcat. He won 8-4, but you could even stretch it out to give Uzcat 5 rounds. That's still a clear Plant win because of the knockdowns, but it's no domination.

Bute hadn't dropped many ROUNDS in his career before the Froch loss. He was considered by many to be 50-50 with Ward before Froch beat him, but of course that know-nothing wouldn't realize that, because it's apparent he's a new fan.

Plant wouldn't even be spoken about during the Super 6 era. That's not hyperbole, it's fact. He'd be a fringe contender level guy if be were around circa 2009-2013.

Bute was better than Plant. Unfortunately he was just unlucky enough to run into a Froch that was on his absolute A game with a point to prove.. & was never the same again.. but I'd pick the Bute that was whooping Miranda , Andrade, Joppy etc to stop Plant! He was far more convincing in his performances than Plant who has looked like **** against even faded B- level fighters .. Plant just isn't that good for all his flash & wiggering... & his resume is pure dog ****

When have Bute , Pascal, Kessler, Taylor, Groves, Abraham etc ever lost to someone like Lionel Thompson or needed two fights to beat a faded Bika LOL.. cos that's Plants opposition.. I mean I know Abraham lost to Eubank late in his career but he was more shot than Wyatt Earp by then.. prime Abraham alone wipes out anyone Plant beat

Bute was indeed excellent. That Bute wilted mentally in the Froch showdown, a calamity from which he'd never truly recover, shouldn't detract from the fact that he was fast, smooth, and possessed excellent power.

That was in 2012 at middleweight and Taylor was dropped in the process and lost a few rounds when Traux was Green. Plant's a former world champion something Taylor never came close to at SMW and something Andre Dirrell never accomplished (although he did beat Froch). Also how did Dirrell win? By clearly out boxing Froch that's how.

If you look into Froch some solid evidence he was fight fixing with referees involved early in his career and wearing loaded gloves. In fact if you look anytime Froch won by stoppage at world level (other than the first Groves fight) he won't take his gloves off in the ring. Bute's team even complained about this.
