Benefits of deadlifting...

    It completely depends on what you're trying to do.

    Starting Strength has you doing 3 heavy squats 3 times a week and deadlift once or twice. 5/3/1 has you working up both heavy squats and heavy deads on seperate days. Westside for Skinny *******s has you doing either squat or deadlift for max effort days and squat or deadlift for dynamic days (if you squat for max effort you'd do deadlift for dynamic and vice verca).

    There's a lot of different ways of integrating the two.

    Is their a sticky or FAQ for strength training on here?

    It seems people ask the same questions over and over. I'm surprised you guys still bother answering them.

    I still can't believe people who have never heard of the search function out number the dicks on the internet. :patsch
