Benn fails drug test

The most astounding thing about this saga is the utter car crash of a PR campaign, with every statement released he is making himself appear worse!

 

It's VADA to blame, and he's suing the board for hurting his feelings and being inconsiderate about his mental elf.

He's stepping on #teamshanny's toes now, as she was the mental elf ambassador of british boxing.

Hopefully VADA grow some balls and drop a nuclear bomb on him.

The day he failed the test in an interview he stood there and said he called Eubank and Eubank was on his side……that call never happened.

Hearn on the DAZN boxing said the reasons for Benn claiming innocence in the report was not reasons the WBC said in their statement hence why Benn wasn't happy with it.

It's odd that anyone and everyone seems to know what was in this 270 page report without actually reading it.

Benn says he didn't even use the 'eggs defence' yet that was the narrative pushed.

If this report gets out it may not prove innocence to everyone but I'm sure a lot of pundits will be made to look very stupid due to all the second guessing and armchair analysis without even reading the report.

One doesn't have to agree with the report but a start would be not making conclusions before even reading it.

 

Well it's pretty clear its trying to discredit the lab who did the test.

After the eggs thing and all the jokes he never once said it wasn't eggs or egg supplement as you pointed out what they claimed. Now nobody believes it they have gone back to discrediting VADA

 

So he is now saying he didn't fail the tests because of eggs then?

If there was even a tiny bit of truth in his his contamination excuse the crooked WBC would have backed it straight away.

The fact even they couldn't run with the contamination story shows it must be a complete non starter

 

So was the second dirty test was in a moody lab as well? How unlucky is benn

 

It's laughable.

 

But the original defence was investigated and was proven to not be true.

 

I'm not really sure as without seeing the report I don't really know what angle Benn was going with.

Look at how many people were talking about the B sample and Benn didn't get it tested etc etc. Nobody had any evidence of this but they all ran with it and now we see Benn did request a B sample to be tested.

Seems to me there is a lot of things that happened that we don't know about about and I wish I could see the report and not have to comment on speculation.
