It's proper delusion that he thinks people really care one way or the other.

When Tyson Fury was given an 18 months backdated ban, the door was slammed wide open for all performance enhancing drug cheats.

The whole thing is worth listening to, but what a spot from Adam Cat, absolutely blows all of Benns nonsense to pieces.

 

Thing is he could have just admitted he messed up originally and served a 6 month ban and he’d be back fighting by now lol. People can forgive mistakes - we all make them but trying to treat everyone like they were born yesterday is just enraging everyone further.

 

I think Benn has jumped the shark with "I'm just going to ignore the charge, and how dare you accuse me, I'm suing" approach.

If his approach does turn out to be commercially successful, then the door has been knocked off it's hinges. Some organisations/bodies/countries will no doubt be preparing themselves to take advantage of the situation.
