The "genetic trait" thing is plausible but as I said, it seems like he's found a team who can fit a narrative which does 2 things at once: 1. Benn's genetics (which would be clear-cut from specific, expensive tests) and whether they fit the trait 2. Whether testing takes account of this, ie. trying to make all Clomiphene tests invalid. I'm assuming this is the "can of worms" that's been spoken about. The 2nd of those may well tie the likes of UKAD in legal knots they can't afford, and they just offer a one-year backdated ban to get rid of it. Anyone think Benn would decline that?
Best thing to do is just ignore him. Don’t buy his fights, don’t watch his interviews etc. The more publicity he gets the better it is for him.
This does make me laugh....so the eggs-cuse has come full circle. In interviews pre-fight, he says he only has the occasional egg as part of his diet. Pinged for peds, and all of a sudden we're hearing its about the amount of eggs he eats as they contain clomifene - even though clomifene is banned in the UK for use with chickens. So where is he getting these eggs? Does he have proof of the imports? Now he's supposedly genetically pre-disposed to keep clomifene in his system longer than anyone else. This content is protected
We’ve had another one backing Benn today in Sam Jones. He’s in good company on the list. Updated list of people who believe Benn: - Eddie Hearn - Tony Bellew - Kugan Cassius RAMANATHAN - @DramaShow - Ricky Hatton - @Brixton Bomber - Sam Jones
Didn’t the little ***** slip up on Piers Morgan a few times? Saying he can’t look himself in the mirror through feelings of guilt? ONLY use for Clomid is post cycle therapy to recover natural test levels following an anabolic steroid cycle. Counting his lucky stars if anything that he didn’t get caught prior when serious PEDS were in him. Maybe it’s the strength & conditioning team he has around him that encouraged taking stuff. Either way he’s not a baby - I’d want to look up anything going into my body.
