Watching both at the same time and it was a very good fight. Benn threw the kitchen sink at Dodson and also looked very vulnerable when he was hit looking the more tired of the two. Really good fight.
Give over. I flipped over between rounds and they were both awful fighters. Dobson might be the slowest WW that's ever laced them up. Benn just moving in straight lines with no pop and getting caught moving back with his chin hanging out. Nothing good there at all
Just watched a few rounds on repeat. It's amazing how Benn either plants his feet throwing everything into his shots or practically jumps into his shots throwing all his weight and Dobson just takes it. His power is night and day when comparing his post-failed test performances an pre-failed test performances.

If Benn thought it was bad when he got busted he better prepare himself for the constant talk about his power having failed to stop each of his last two opponents and looking anything but deadly tonight. I don't think he's going to handle things very well, he's mentally quite fragile. The fact that they're in the ring saying "nobody wants to fight him" and then name dropping Junior, Smith and Brook says it all. The latter is retired ffs. If Ennis, Ortiz or Crawford were laid on the table for him he'd run a mile unless he was offered a purse way beyond what he's worth, everyone knows that they'd school and beat the hell out of him. If any of the champions at 140 came up they'd school the hell out of him, Matias would probably batter him.
I enjoyed the fight. Benn was levels above Dobson but Dobson showed serious durability and resilience. It just felt like Benn was going to fall to one of Dobsons slow right hands at anytime. Benn needs to get back on the eggs to stand any chance at world level.

Hearn begging on his knees to Chris Eubank Jr for the Conor fight is embarassing. I hope Eubank just ignores him. Everyone involved in that fight from Hearn, Kalle Cokehead and Con Bent are desperate to make a pay day from Eubank Jr and he's just ignoring them all out of spite. I love it.
I’m 40 at the end of the month, I’m unfit and have a brutal hangover but I’m still faster than Dobson and probably hit harder than Benn. Ive never in my life seen a boxer as slow as Dobson. Yet he still tagged Benn at will. The crowd in the arena was no better than a load of parents going along to a school play. Total shambles! No eggs……no stoppages
Johnny Nelson saying PEDs don't make you a better fighter really needs to watch Benn pre and post the pregnancy pills. I've been a fan of the sport since 1995 and have never seen such a dramatic loss of punching power. Hearn will have to cash him out ASAP because he's so average without his special supplements it's untrue.
