Benn fails drug test

In the last 2 fights he has looked quite ordinary. Conor Benn doesn't stand well on his feet anymore and his balance isn't the best.

In fightweek, Eddie Hearn stated that Dobson would be the last test before a big fight this summer. Matchroom must be very careful in selecting the right opponent or Conor Benn will lose.

 

This is so good, the gift that keeps on giving. I noticed he called Haney "pillow fists", Haney would run rings around him.

 

I had the feeling from round 4 that Benn could go at any time which made the fight very exciting.

It was a really good watch.

 

Conor is making an absolute **** out of himself on twitter.

 

TBH I wonder where he goes from here; a feather fisted natural Connor Benn will lose against any notable world level opponent. Does Connor get back on the supplements; does Eddie Hearn finally see sense and cut loose; or do they simply throw Benn to the wolves for a single payday?

 

Watching Benn put everything into a shot only to see Dobson shake it off and barely break eye contact was very satisfying.

 

What big fight can he get though? He won't get a top American based fighter over here and not a chance he get the money he thinks he's worth against any of them.

It's Eubank or bust really

 

I doubt he fights Eubank; most likely I think drags Brook out of retirement, and he probably has a chance of winning depending on how shot Brook is.

 

Which is why they are becoming increasingly desperate. Their recent interviews are pure cringe, practically begging for Eubank to take the fight

Dragging Brook out of retirement won't gain him any respect from the boxing world and will just lead to more people sticking it into him online, he's that fragile that I don't think Brook is a good idea. He ballsed up the Junior fight, he seems to forget that.

 

Imagine if Brook doesnt take that fight

Eubank JNR would batter Benn. Connor isn’t the huge puncher he seems to think he is. 61% KO ratio doesn’t suggest it either.
