So Eddie Hearn went on Talksport to be interview by Laura Woods, who is a DAZN presenter. DAZN media being run my Matchroom. Comical
She's freelance and works for News Group, Sky and ITV so it's not about Woods' employment - if anything she works for DAZN's rivals; the main thing here is avoiding anyone that understands boxing (which the morning show with Jordan and White tends to do).
Come on, Conor Benn looked Eddie straight in the eyes and pleaded his innocence. What more proof do you need? Plus Tony Sims, who away from boxing had a very lucrative career from being involved in multiple criminal actives such as the distribution of class A drugs (allegedly), is one of the most honest, trustworthy people you could ever meet.
Those pregnancy drugs will make you have emotional breakdowns. I reckon he did breakdown in his office.
You're forgetting the key bit of defence here. Eubank SNR says he is a Christian, so he wouldn't be able to do it. Christians famously having a track record of never doing anything wrong, ever.
Fooking hell haha. Benn gets caught with drugs in his system and has visited a doctor who brags about how he can get round drug testing but because he's Eddie's mate and broke down on the floor it means he's innocent Hearn is ruining what little credibility he has left. Just cut all ties with Benn.
I'd also like someone to bring up Benn's very rapid and noticeable improvement in physique and performance and how this failed test hasn't come as any shock to a lot of people. Plenty of people have been pointing fingers at him for a while now. But Laura Woods isn't going to that, and Hearn knows it.
You're forgetting Hearn has seen the levels, the other tests, the findings, the adversities, the weather report and Benn's Christmas list. All point to him being innocent.
I don't really get the 'levels' argument. If you've taken a banned substance that can't be found in food, drink or medicine apart from female fertility drugs, then that's all anyone needs to know. What do small levels found actually prove apart from if VADA got there a month earlier Conor's urine would have blown up the lab?
Haven't watched this Hearn interview yet but I can imagine exactly how it went. Laura Woods fingering herself to death whilst asking Eddie softball questions. Eddie giving bullsht, vague and untrue answers and poor Ally Mccoist just has to sit there and watch all of this going on because he, like Laura Woods knows fack all about boxing and wouldn't know where to start with Hearn. Absolutely pathetic.
You're right. There is no levels argument but I've yet to see any of the media pick up on this and push back on it. Some drugs are allowed to be present in your body but only at trace levels. Some drugs are completely prohibited to be in your body. Conor took one that is completely prohibited.
