How lucky was Bernard Dunne to have came along at the time he did. He would have been wiped out quickly if he fought any of the above.

He could have just pretended that Rigo doesn't exist, same as everyone else.

Dunne had genuine top drawer boxing skills, but he was just too physically frail to cope with these guys. They would wipe him out.

So you say that a division with top men like Rigo, Frampton, LSC, Quigg is weak?.....:huh

Dunne was a decent fighter, but those three would hand him his ****.

That fight with Kiko was so funny... and short.

Dunne would be a very good title contender for Quigg's standards...

Not as funny as Kiko getting knocked out by Frampton.

Especially after all the noise he made before the fight. :rofl

The Cordoba win was pretty special by any standards.

Remember Córdoba only lost to Rigo by SD.

The losses to Kiko and Poonsawat now have a bit more context. They were good fighters with good records.

I'm sure Dunne wouldn't have beaten any of those guys mentioned but it's harsh to paint him as a mug. So lucky to avoid them? Not so sure. Unlucky not to get a big money fight against Quigg or Frampton? Maybe.

I agree, but It was funnier to see Kiko trying to box Frampton in the rematch... I don't know WTF was Gaby Sarmiento trying to do. They have split and Kiko does not train with him anymore. :huh

Thanks lencor. I usually enter to the Brit subforum to take a look, but I've not been very active lately. It is funnier to post when a spaniard lamb is sent to be sacrified in the islands... but your promoters prefer the ghanaian ones :happy
I hope you are doing well :good
    Best regards!

Tell us about Kiko please. Did he part with Sarmiento on bad terms? Did he blame Sarmiento for getting the training wrong for the Frampton rematch? Is kiko going to move down to Bantamweight?
