Hate watching Hopkins fight, all he does is hold, smother, grapple anything but box. His last fight against Dawson was dull dull dull. Clev will beat him on points in another dull cagey fight and so what Hopkins should retire, hes too old now!
Yeah Clev UD, If a slow lathargic plodder like Jawson can beat hopkins then Clev can. Hopkins can nullify opponents who have one real asset like Pavlik, Pascal has speed but suffers down the line. Whats Clev got? Decent hand speed and a high work rate, a great engine and a good variety of punches that come from all angles, i dont see hopkins coping with all that. If hopkins tries fighting like he did against Calzaghe Nathan should just use his reach and keep nagging hopkins with it his jab.
Bernard can't fight more than 3 or 4 rounds out of 12 anymore, Cleverly can. In an honest world, Clev UD
Clev' is ******ed and defensively open though. B-Hop might stall and smother him and old man his way through the fight even now. I'm not sold on, at the moment, a Euro-level operator beating Hopkins, even at this stage.
The fact we have to say A world champion is enough to put most people off the sport, pointless champs like Clev even more so.
