    In Sugars own words, theres a lot of baseball historians. It's close to impossible to become well known/regarded world wide for knowing anything about baseball.

    Boxing on the other hand is a "lesser" sport in the publics eyes. There's not a lot of books, or even people who care about it so it's easier to become well known for writing about it.

    who watched top 10 greatest heavy weights of all time on espn? his ratings i thought was poor. but yh i guess hes alright.

    I don't like him.

    He obviously has a wealth of knowledge, but his schtick gets annoying.

    He used to be the editor of Boxing Illustrated, but the magazine went under when Sugar and his writers were caught plagarizing.
