I've been calling for this fight for a long time. 147 for Berto's strap.

Wasnt Berto thinking of moving down to 140? now he wants to move upto 154, Cotto would kill him, he's not gonna be able to get away with the whining rolling around on the floor pretending shots are behind the head against Miguel.

I know! They should be calling each other out on ESB!

berto still has his amateur style. bouncing around until he's ready to throw, plants his feet, throws a few punches, bounces again. he doesn't really have a jab, either and his footwork isn't spectacular. he's a notch below cotto at this point in his career, though i do think in a few years he'll be a great fighter.

As soon as berto feels cotto's power...he would go into his "huggy-bear" defense...and hold non-stop...

    If Berto fights Cotto....

then he needs to have the courtesy of not making us have to listen to the painful and god awful sounds of Soulja Boy during his ring walk.

I could see it being a very a good fight. Yet another cross roads fight for both fighters. Finally seeing if Berto is the goods, and another step in Cotto's come back. Now of course in my opinion it's a fight that Cotto would win., but the one punch that Berto throws effectively that always gives Cotto trouble of course is drum roll please...........The uppercut....So with that being said....Make it happen if it's possible in the distant or present future.

Berto....that would be a really exciting fight, but he'll probably stay at 154 for at least a little bit.
