    Its called - being Don King fighter.

    Ask Guillermo Jones when he will defend his title. Or Devon Alexander.

    ^ still waiting on Devon Alexander's first title defense.

    and while a solid fighter, IMO Collazo isn't a worthy mandatory as he didn't earn it in the first place

    he just complained to the WBC to be made #1 challenger and it finally happened (thus the title shot at Berto.)
