Scrap what do you feel the drill is trying to achieve and how would you better achieve the same thing? I presume the drills aim is to 'improve' rolling endurance and technique by sticking a plyometric exercise to fatigue in the middle? I can see that he is rolling incorrectly. What is the sense of putting these two drills together surely lower body endurance can be enhanced optimally elsewhere and rolling technique is best improved whilst, well rolling. :think
Jeff, theres to much bio mechanical Stress, Berto is finding it a struggle. It shows Bad movement over substance of Technique. If He had elastic in between both His legs for compensation, He would perform Better, as it is His less dominant side will suffer, therefore theres no enhancement of movement in Balance, not a good Habit to aquire .
