I picked the Klits because while Juan is light years the better skilled fighter then either the Klit bros, his brother Rafa who I also really enjoy is probably at the end of his career. Just a different more offensive orientated style to his brother which wont age aswell.

  2. You severely underrate Rafael by calling him mediocre at best. The man is just as skilled as either Klitschko.

A mediocre career? He was P4P top 5, dominated a division and only lost when he moved up into a weight class which didn't suit him, in order to get tougher fights. Rafael Marquez is one of the best pure boxers in the last 20 years and, without doubt, a great in his division.
Are you serious? I don't have a weight problem in the slightest. The only person who has mentioned that was some troll, when he childishly reacted to me pointing out what he'd been banned for.

Rafa at 118 was a far more dominant and better fighter than either Klitschko, I think.

I suppose you can nitpick about how good he was. However, to call him "mediocre" is a million miles away from the truth.

1, Calling Rafa Marquez 'mediocre' is moronic. He's an ATG at 118.

2, I have issues with anyone voting for the Spinks Brothers, Michael yes, but Leon no. Brothers = success of the pair, Leon Spinks had a wasted career and built that off of beating an early Parkinson, out of shape Ali who took him lightly.

Jack as everyone on these boards know that I am a huge fan of the current crop of heavyweights and therefore the KBros, I have to agree i am shocked by how many people have Picked the KBros over the Ultra elite Marquez Duo. For years Rafa was considered the better of the two and his epic battles with Izzy are legendary, I consider those battles greater than the stalemates between JMM and arguably the number 1 p4p fighter in the world. Both are clearly masters of their craft!:deal

Wow, this will be a painful moment for you. I remember seeing a thread in the amateur boxing section a while back. Here is an excerpt for the whole forum to enjoy.

    Jack:
    "Alright, lads?

I've let myself get into pretty bad shape in recent years, so I went to the gym again earlier today. Feels good to be lifting again and in few days, I'll be doing areobics and all that kind of stuff again. Hopefully, I'll be around 220lbs by Christmas, which is realistic, and if I am, I'm thinking about joining a boxing gym. I don't know whether I'll take it too seriously, but it'll be good to have some knowledge of how to fight, I guess."

Not to take anything from Juan and Rafael but Wlad and Vitali are a bit more decorated besides they are HWs which makes them the two top boxers in absolute terms.

    Manny and Bobby Pacquiao.

Manny's resume alone beats any combination of brothers accomplishments. Bobby's accomplishments are just icing on the cake.

So according to your retarted logic, a fat slob like Cris Arreola is better then Manny Pacquiao, since Arreola is the much bigger dude who would beat the midget Filipino??

    Good logic, pal.

The term POUND 4 POUND exists for a reason.

This is confusing people, TS. Some people are answering who they think are the best combo currently, and some are answers for all-time. Set them straight. If we were doing currently, the other options like Spinks and Gibbons wouldn't be there, guys. It's so bizarre that the Dirrells are up there, it's got people turned around.
