You've got Nick & Nate Diaz, Shogun & Ninja Rua, Big & Little Nog, Fedor & Aleksander Emelianenko, Frank and Ken Shamrock (even though the former was adopted), Jim & Dan Miller, Joe & Dan Lauzon, Carlos & Giovanni Ruffo :)yep), Rickson and Royce Gracie...any others?

Vote for which brothers you favor (in terms of combined skill and/or style) as a unit - compared to the rest of the pairs. Try to not think of them as individuals.

For me it's a toss-up between the non-Gracie Brazilians. :think

the nog brothers they are/were at or near top of their weightclasses, fedor and alex come in second and then maybe rickson and royce at one point both were invincible though rickson should have defended the honor of the gracies and challenged sakuraba after his bother was defeated = dream fight for me. rickson just didnt fight enough......... professionally I mean

ever see fedor react to alex being ko'd by mirko cro-cop.... Terrifying!

In terms of both guys being quality, I would say the Nogs.

Now? It would have to be the Diaz bro's. Again, I say this because both are good rather than one awesome and one okay. Historically, probably Gracies then Shamrocks.

I watched the gracie program on spike last night it was pretty good.

when you think of what royce accomplished, what the entire gracie family accomplished, its pretty amazing.

modern times they would need better striking skills

They are like religion, a product of their era. In this day and age I think they would struggle because I don't find any of them particularly talented. They are obviously great but none of them have Machida speed or JDS power or Alves strength. This day and age, its not just about being a master of a martial art or even a complete fighter. MMA is finding some pretty talented guys like JDS, Jon Jones etc

What about the Brownings? Junie has a brother who fights, or a cousin, correct?

Damn it! Did I just admit to watching TUF???

In all truth, I voted for Emelianenko brothers.

Who would you rather have pissed at you, the Emelianenkos or those clownish little, poser Diaz brothers?

You know, people sell Ninja short IMO. He really doesn't drag Shogun down all that much. It isn't like a "one's awesome and one's mediocre" dynamic like Matt and Mark Hughes.

It's more like a "one's pretty good and one's VERY good".

Murilo doesn't have the most flattering victory to defeat ratio, but he's pretty much lost exclusively to MMA's elite.
