In geographical terms Kazahkhstan is not part of europe at all-and the greatest part of russia in not europe either.And yes,geographically Ukraine is a very eastern part of europe-but mentalitywise it is light years away from europe. Sure, I am a little bit biased against europe like everyone who has access to russian media nowadays as for a lot of russians the term "european" is nowadays connected with weakness,decadence,homosexuality and total morale decay.Europe stands for weak hedonistic people with perverted values and no future.The russian elite and even great part of the normal population wants to distance themselves as far away from europe as possible.
I get that. I wasn't referring to cultural aspects. Geographically speaking part of Kazahkhstan is in Europe, that's just a reality. Russia is also part of Europe geographically.
