    It must be annoying for Phillipino and Mexican fans, as it is for Brits, to see their fighters box in front of small crowds of 10,000 in the US when they could be fighting at home in front of 50,000 more!

    The Casino's have more money than sense!

    rational can be for any fighter, plenty of pac and floyd fans who arent trolls

    That's what's been missing in the country.

    I know Boran or Flea can vouch me on this, if I'm not mistaken, part of the reason why Thai fighters usually fight at home rather than seeks opportunities in the US is due to government support that they get especially if they win.

    I've heard of stories where the winning Thai fighter got a necklace of gold with a pendant as big as a saucer. That's just a consolation prize. Sometimes even house and lot.

    If other government supports fighter the way they do, I think very few would leave.

    On the other hand, the fans and other journalist tend to dismiss fighters who hardly leave their hometown so it's a double-edged sword.

    I quite like PR fans TBH (though it may just be Cotto's fans I'm thinking of!)
