Recently I watch in Korea the very good fight between Young Wook Kim & Jin Su Kim for the South Korean Weterweight Belt :

First one that jumps out is Manny Pacquiao vs. Agapito Sánchez, not because it was a technical masterpiece, but because it was gritty, dirty, and tense the whole way. You don't often see two southpaws clash like that where the roughness actually made the fight more dramatic.

If you're looking for pure technical quality, Guillermo Rigondeaux vs. Nonito Donaire (even though Donaire switched a lot) had some insanely high-level southpaw vs southpaw moments. Rigo’s control of range and timing from the southpaw stance was masterclass stuff when Donaire tried to come forward.

Chad Dawson vs. Antonio Tarver (first fight) is another underrated one, not a war, but good clean southpaw boxing at a high level.

It’s rare to get true southpaw vs southpaw wars because usually one guy adjusts and switches, but when both stay lefty and commit, it gets really awkward and interesting fast.
