To get a good list going, you should let us know what era, what weight classes, and what styles you like to watch, etc. Most of the lists going here are recent slugfests, which are cool. However there is a lot more out there to see.

    A few suggestions:

Willie Pep vs Gil Cadili: of the 3 Pep fights I have, this is by far the best video quality.

Camacho vs Limon: blazing fast, young Camacho, fought in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Gavilan vs Hairston, Buker, Janiro II: any of these three are great.

Whitaker vs Mayweather, Nelson: the first for the entertainment value, the second for the schooling

Robinson vs Basilio I, II: classics, although Robinson past his best

Leonard vs Kalule: personally, I love this fight... Leonard was sharp here

    Anyways those are some suggestions.

............Auracle, befoe you place that order, have a gander at this little snippet of highlights from my favorite ever: Chacon-Limon IV.

It went on like that for the full 15 rounds, with the final-round knockdown being the difference between winner and loser. I've said this before here, but this was more than a fight; it was a triumph of the human spirit. I've never seen anything this good.

I saw this one live on TV at home while growing up. Unbelievable fight!! My parents would come in every couple of rounds to see how it was going because I was yelling so much @ all the action. This fight was seriously the first time I let F-bombs fly out of my mouth knowing my parents could hear me. I didn't care, it was that great.

Both the Mcgirt-Whitaker fights are very underrated. They weren't all out slug-fests, but they were fought at a high pace and both fighters showed immense skill.

vince pettway - simon brown...actually just youtube it. it's been my fav fight at the moment. great action, great passion and circumstances both trying to proove to everyoen that they are the top of there game. low blows delayed knockdowns back and fourth action....then a brutal ko
