Best heavyweight Evander Holyfield could outslug/outbrawl

Who could be? The Real Deal was such an entertaining fighter when he released that roid rage into the ring and decided to ignore the most logical gameplan, loved his performances against Cooper and Bowe (I) despite the latter being a losing effort.

 

Now sure how to properly define “brawl” but in a “fight” like Bowe 2 he could beat the F out of Foreman? That’d be impressive to some people even if it was just a small step above what Lyle did… he could also beat D1ck Tiger that way, that’s a feat.

Been a while since I watched Bowe 2 but I remember it being more him being smart and outboxing Bowe with plenty of lateral movement then a proper brawl despite they both hittin' each other with whatever they got after every round bell and Evander mouthpiece gettin' sent in the space during the last minutes of the match.

 

He's capable of outslugging guys like Ken Norton, Klitschko Bros, Corrie Sanders, Ike Ibeabuchi, Tyson Fury.

 

He could outslug Wilder

 

Frazier and Andy Ruiz are the best names I can think of.

 

Foreman is secretly his favorite fighter and he just makes slander posts to gaslight himself

 

Andy Ruiz was beating up Holyfield in the gym at 19 and it helped convince Holyfield to retire.

 

Holyfield was about 196 at the time

 

But was Foreman actually better than peak Bowe? It’s not like Foreman had the gas tank to throw hundreds of punches over twelve rounds (figure of speech, hurt feelings crew need not scour Compubox).

 

No he was not… that post was just like brushing my teeth, I do it daily in a couple years when GF has a similar status (rightfully) as Marciano in H2H match ups against modern guys you’ll thank me.
