I'd also take Ali first because of his Foreman/Liston wins, but I don't think it's wrong to have Louis ahead. Louis had less spectacular top tier wins, but his resume is a bit deeper (as ridiculous as it sounds) and he had less questionable losses than Ali (Norton fights and Spinks).
