    Absolute rubbish. Groves has a good jab, Brook's is better though. For all the after talk, Brook went to the US and literally jabbed one of their highly rated unbeaten fighters heads off. Not just a flash in the pan either and he has always been known to possess a good one. Pretty sure he knocked Hector Saldivia out with that punch. He was also out jabbing Senchenko which is no mean feat. At the end of the day he has done it at world level and used it to win a legitimate strap. Groves hasn't.

    I really like froch when he works behind his jab...

    A lot of people are saying groves in this thread... But froch was matching him in the 2nd fight

    He really wasn't. Groves was winning rounds on jabs alone. Froch won the fight with a hard right hand.

    When Froch is more disciplined then his jab is very good. Against Abrahams, it was great and was a total shutout for Froch. Khan is good also but only if he remains disciplined.

    Kell is the best at the moment as he is consistently good with it.
