This would be an incredible fight. Beterbiev can be reckless but he has enough power to compensate for his sloppiness, at times. I could see this fight going either way. AS has so much power in that left hand he can stop anyone and Beterbiev can be overaggressive. But I will still pick Beterbiev. I think his defensive skills will be enough. If he can hit and not get hit squarely, he will stop Adonis.

Don't agree. I think Beterbiev stops Barrera. In fact, not even close. Beterbiev blows him out.

 

We still don't know much about beter other than the fact that he hits harder than any LHW ever and is physically strong. I would not be surprised if he gets out boxed when he steps up. He could end up better than kovalev or he could be a flop, we don't know because he hasn't fought anyone yet.

You call the Ward Barrera fight close but, if I had to guess, you'd say that Kovalev beat Ward easily.

Beterbiev was a stellar amateur 2 time European gold medallist and he won a silver and a gold medal at the world championship.

Shabranskky never fought on Beterbiev's level.
