Floyd base on his early career. He fought a lot of top guys before he moved up to jr and welterweight division.

To be honest Calzaghes`sternest test was Mikkel Kessler, the rest have been over the hill and the odd dubious win,and Lacy was Americas`hope to soundly beat him, that was onlythe one other good fight he`s had.In comparison with Floyd i think Floyd for his weight divisions esp at superfeather has beat finer fighters.

Campared to Calzaghe's, Floyd's resume looks like SRL's.

People are voting for Calzaghe, but are unwilling to post reasons why?

I know what their reasoning is anyways I guess..... He is British

I think Calzaghe should come out of retirement and knock Mayweather out. Calzaghe by knockout.

Calzaghe got a better resume for one reason: Kessler

Castillo, Corrales, Dlh, Chavez and Hatton are no Kessler.

    Btw, im not british.

Floyd and EASILY. I can mention a long LIST of major opponents Mayweather fought.

The only names you can mention for Calzaghe are those with two being way past their primes. Jones Jr., Hopkins, Lacy and Kessler.

Floyd's weight jumping definitely gives him the edge, though people talk about it as though he has a resume packed with prime ATGs or something.
