BETTER WIN: Pacquiao vs Barrera 1 or Mayweather vs Corrales?

    Pac was an unknown at the time, and pac pulled off the upset!

    Mayweather vs corrales was a fight between the 2 top 130 lbers in the world.
    so based off of that i'd say floyds win over chico was a bigger win.

    Pac truly didn't get discovered till his big fights with Erik Morales. what do you think?

    I believe that Pacquiao-Barrera 1 is the better win as he was a HUGE underdog, won by TKO and won a Title.

    Barrera was rated as the #43 p4p fighter of all time by ESPN.

    MAB literally has an argument (at the least) for being the top boxer of the era.

    Not completely unknown, that would be the Ledwaba win which was massively impressive in itself. I think pac was a 40/1 underdog in that.

    I understand what youre trying to say, but the De la hoya/Castillejo ppv only did like 300 k which featured Pac/ledwaba..... De la Hoya/Mosely did 590k. which featured Corrales/Juuko....so its safe to say Corrales was more known at the time Making him the bigger win imo.....

    2 undefeated known american fighters fighting for supremacy at 130 lbs vs Barrera in a supposed tune up against an unknown fighter in Pacquaio... It seems like a no brainer to me...Just saying.

    I agree. Barrera was without a doubt the better win compared to Ledwaba.

    Corrales. He was more highly regarded than Marco at the time and got shutout and stopped. It was already known that Barerra could be beaten bc of the Junior Jones fights.

    Corrales was getting divorced, headed to prison, lawyers on his back. He was a lil pre-occupied at the time, but he needed $$.

    GTFO... MAB is superior to Corrales in every aspect of their boxing lives with the exception of reach and height.

    Only hardcore joyboys would say corrales. Pac over Barrera is easily the better win.
