Miller has decent hand speed for such a massive man as well as good combination punching. I wouldn't have any problem putting $$$ down for Miller to stop Chisora or Whyte.
I quite like Miller he's a character. I don't think too much of him as a fighter but his size, strength and pressure will cause a lot of HWs problems. He's not a concussive puncher but due to his sheer size he has big man power so even his arm shots have weight behind them.
Exactly what I was thinking. Baby back ribs Miller has no chance at the top level whilst weighing 300lbs.
Big baby is shyte, no snap on his punches and is as fast as Butterbean. It looked like he was punching underwater last night.
The UK heavyweight scene is one of the most stacked and competitive in the world. If he was fighting anywhere else, including the States, he'd likely be higher rated than he is.
Miller from a technical stand point is worse than Chisora. Chisora had far better head and upper body movement, Chisora when fit also worked the body more and set a higher pace. But Miller for all his flaws hits pretty hard and he is just huge. Washington learned early on he couldn't manhandle Miller, first time he tried in the first round he tried to push him off and Miller went no where, he might as well of tried pushing a mountain away. Miller would push back Chisora and I can't imagine Chisora fighting well off the back foot. Bad style match up for Chisora. I'd give Miller a good chance to beat Whyte too. I had doubts about Miller's chin but it seemed decent against Washington I could see him finding Whyte's chin often. Neither of them are difficult to hit.
Miller isn't the best fighter but I think he would be the favourite against Chisora. As mentioned above Miller would keep Chisora on the back foot, which definitely doesn't suit his fighting style. I think Miller wins by decision, with nobody going down. Whyte can fight off the back foot and he could outpoint Miller. I don't think Whyte can hurt Miller, but Whyte is durable as well. I see Whyte winning a decision here.
So far he hasn't accomplished anything. Chisora proved to be one of the toughest contenders although not the best boxer. Went 12 with Klitchko, arguably won against Helenius, FOTY against Whyte when shot and a few wins against other fringe contenders. Miller biggest achievement so far is 300 ibs and fotballer Washington.
When this guy comes up against a real banger he is going to be sat on his arse.No head movement ,no footwork, and as slow limited and predictable as a walking wardrobe.
When you have two big bus's playing chicken and both crash into each other guess what? The bigger bus wins and gets the less damage of the two. Miller would k.o Chisora late rnds who doesn't have the abilities nor style to be a favorite here. Whyte? He has more to go options and is much harder to figure out bc Whyte shows up different at times from brawler to elusive ...sometimes a combination and is physically bigger at 6'4 250 himself will be more durable in rough fights at this point . People are ignoring Millers lay off and he defeated a better Washington than Wilder did ( even though strange stoppage) .You have to be a legit top power puncher or a long range fighter with accurate shots to stop Miller...Chisora is neither, Whyte is a little bit of both if he wants to be. 50/50 fight.
Honestly Washington is a bum and tonight confirmed it.. Miller is a ok pressure fighter but lacks any real pop, Miller is C+ to B and will probs get a title shot but won't trouble the upper level unless he can develop some more bang..... Really Washington looked like he had no idea once he realised his arm punches had no affect on Miller so he just sat there waiting for his beating... Miller v Chisora or Whyte would be close and it would come down to who has more in the tank which we don't know with Miller as Washington didn't push him at all.. Just sad all these bum getting found out after fighting Wilder for title shots sigh..
