I hadn't noticed that. So how long was Taylor actually on the floor for? Eleven seconds or more?

 

It should be!! But often isn't.

I reckon Taylor was down for 11 maybe even 12 seconds.The time keeper should have taken up the count as soon as Taylor touched canvas,the ref should then have followed the time keeper.The fight should have finished there and then,the clock doesn't lie.

 

Just watched it on YT. Taylor was clambering to his feet after 12seconds, that's is THREE seconds longer than is required as a fighter must be up AND in the fighting/guard position BEFORE ten secs have elapsed :think That's a pretty serious error by the referee and/or the timekeeper.
