Hearns and Tito.... Very hard bangers , Hearns i also liked because he had a lot more at stake because his chin was not always as dependable as it could be , and he had a lot at risk when he took chances with power punches... Trinidad.. A natural heavy hitter..
Get outta here with that garbage. No one cares if he can knockout bums. Oscar would rank ahead of him in terms of WW punchers. Here's another name for you guys; Henry Amrstrong. The guy had over 100 career KO's, including 26 in 27 fights in 1937.
Cintron doesnt hit as hard as Simon Brown did. Curry was a bigger puncher than Cintron also. As was Jose Luis Lopez.
And there you go. Though McGrain's mention of Walcott is a good one. The mention of Cintron is laughable at best.
from what I've seen I have to say Tommy Hearns(shocking hes my favorate fighter aint it?) he hit harder than Trinidad by quite a bit....there were not many but a few guys who could take hit shots and keep on going...when hearns hit someone with a one two and pivoted right on the cross they went out like a light no matter what there head was made of. (see Hearns-Duran for further proof) no question here in my mind... Tommy Hearns was a freak of nature and was STILL a big time puncher all the way as high as 175(though at the time he was past his best and diddnt land many clean shots) so when he was at 147 it was simply immpossible to take one of his patented right Crosses.

Obviously Hearns. At 147 (if he was on) he has a *chance* to beat any other welterweight in the history of boxing. He was simply that good.
Probably biggest single punch KO power has to go to Hearns. Tito was also very impressive in his WW prime. If you mean in terms of punch technique then prob SRR - I have a soft spot for the oldies. :yep
