Tyson vs. Douglas... don't know how that one didn't make the list yet.

Tyson didn't choke against Douglas, he simply got out-boxed.

Tyson - Holyfield might qualify, though that was more of a melt-down than a choke.

Some of you guys here are either stupid or embarassing yourself?
Getting caughed by a punch 10 rounds into a fight is not choking...

    Choking is Harrison/Haye or Haye/Klitschko
Or most of the guys that faced Tyson and look terrified..
Lewis did not choke against Rahman. He was out of shape and got caughed by a huge shot

Its widely documented that Tyson didn't even train for Douglas and was up till 3AM partying with strippers the night before the fight.

Still, in that fight he dropped Douglas. Lots of people think there was a long count (I don't think so), and it was clear that Tyson was off his game.

I see many here don't have the same definition of choking in a fight than I do... Some guys lose but they don't necessarily look that bad in the process, even if they were the favorite before it started.

On the other hand, the best example of really choking is most likely SPINKS vs TYSON.

It's about seriously underperforming in regards to your overall fighting potential (way off regular standards) + your overall lack of confidence & will going into the fight.

It was obvious for many that Spinks lost the fight before the first bell even rang...

That is some serious choking... A true great example !

He was 2 whole lbs heavier than he was in the Spinks fight.
I wouldn't call that out of shape.

Also Buster became overconfident and Tyson took his only chance, it meant nothing.
Buster was angry with himself and punched on the ground when he was knocked down.

You can clearly see him punch on the ground.
