I don't remember Berrio ever retiring. Anyone have a link? Why the hell would he do that? He was just a titleholder and he's only 31. One would think he'd be at the top of his earning potential.
I remember a poster from Montreal saying Berrio declared after the Bute fight that it was to have been his last fight; he would retire.
Good think for Berrio to retire. Bute fuc*ed him up real bad i think he wouln't be the same anymoreé
Mundine has expressed interest in finally taking himself to the big show and fighting on the Jones-Trinidad undercard. He has a fight coming up in just over a week, so he might be looking for another soft touch to look good against instead of Bika who can make anyone look bad. On the reverse side fighting Bika would be great exposure and put him in line for bigger fights. Mundine, surprisingly, has a lot of options at this stage.
Not being a **** like most people who reply with this, but do you have a source? It'd be great to see Mundine on the undercard of Jones-Trinidad...
