This would be a great fight for Billy. I think he is ready and would do Taylor. A victory over Jermain would catapult Billy onto the world stage.

    It is worth the risk.

It will not happen anytime soon. But in a division that is so deep, it is a fight worth making. I consider Billy to be better than Taylor's last opponent.

Too soon, I'm not saying Billy Joe would lose but it's far too big a step up in class, I'd like to see him go after British and European titles over the next 2 years, he's still very young and inexperienced, theres no rush.

It's not Franks way of promoting fighters either so no chance he faces a fighter of Jermain's quality for a long time.

Good fight for them to make, I think let Billy capture the British crown then look at this because it's a really winnable fight against a name.

I still think that BJS is fighting a division too high

I don't think this is a good fight. Taylor's a mental ******, poor technically and inconsistent but taller, rangier and more talented in terms os speed and agility. Taylor is an unknown quantity at the moment.

Beating Taylor requires you to outlast him, to an extent. If he can pile up the points in the first two thirds or a fight and you can't pressure him, then he'll run the clock out.

It would be a massive step up in class, against a fast, accurate and sneaky puncher like an on-form Taylor.

Taylor was stung in his last fight back and was knocked down late.

tough test regardless, he was middleweight champion and will still be handy enough against, in all honesty, a novice in the pro ranks.
