Not versatile and flexible and unable to adapt quickly and easily to new practises, methods and systems whilst performing to a high standard (southpaws). Uncomfortable when working under pressure and cannot be relied upon to complete the given task within the allocated time (training camp). Despite his experience he is incapable of reacting positively when faced with difficult situations and scenarios (cannot read a fight). Not meticulous and thorough, and has shocking hand to eye co-ordination whilst working with complex and fine detail (pads). A poor team member uncomfortable of using his initiative and unable to motivate and encourage others into achieving individual and team goals any longer. no no hes a good trainer he has shown ricky burns how to live the life as a boxer. pure professionalism , when ricky wants a fried mars bar billy eats it, when ricky wants to eat a kebab, dont worry big belly billy does it for him, when ricky was feeling low or wanted to relax with a few pints on his break. Billy said 'I wont have it ricky, cant see you harming your body like that your in perfect flawless condition' ill drink those 10pints for you. When ricky is feeling tired totally shattered, he has at a look billy struggling to get in and out of the ring, and that pushes him through the barrier. He uses his shocking physique as an example to ricky burns. 'Dont get like me' - And he also keeps ricky on his toes in sparring, when the other guys aint working ricky hard enough, billy strips stark bollock naked and chases ricky all over the ring, oggling ricky like a big pancake. i dont think anyman could of got ricky in better shape, only nelson with his unorthodox Strategies could of got Rickster to the peak of world level boxing, de creme de la crem.
