I do. The trilogy needs to be settled. The first two were pretty entertaining technical battles. I expect the third will be the same.

You mean just a repeat of the first two fights. You seriously would prefer this over Bivol vs Benavidez?

I do as well. I'm a huge Beterbiev fan, he gets a big final pay day and he's only likely to be outboxed and not physically hurt. It's a fine way to go out and it's not beyond the realms of possibility that he could win.

Beterbiev is ancient though and inactive. Plus the fights should have happened years earlier when he was still near prime.

Realistically several guys probably beat current Beterbiev

Speak for yourself, the 1st two were both classics IMO

I'd prefer Beterbiev vs Benavidez over all 3 tbh, as I think even this old Beterbiev has too much for Benavidez. Styles make Fights. Not heard Benavidez calling out Artur, and IMO there's a reason for that.

I would not rule out Artur getting the win. Bivol has slowed, and he had to fight almost perfect fights both times, and even then Beterbiev still closed strongly. If Artur put everything into the first 6 rounds I think he could get the stoppage.

They didn't happen when Beterbiev was 42, inactive and hadn't scored a win in over 2 years.

Benavidez is by far the more compelling fight at this stage

Maybe because Beterbiev doesn't have a belt.
But you're right, Beterbiev vs Benavidez would be very interesting.

I’d rather see Beterbiev vs Benavidez actually.

Meh I'm not all too excited. I'd rather see these two go separate way at this point especially since Beterbiev is already in his 40s and just settle with it being 1-1. Bivol isn't gonna gain anything should he beat Beterbiev decisively.

I'm not really interested in this and both having beat and lost to each other is not a bad thing in my opinion, they're both great fighters.
