I agree with your sentiment Pecks. Good fight for Green finally fighting someone around the top 15 mark. Hopefully he dominates then he will continue to fight better matched opponents. This sort of fight should be happening on a regular basis not once every 2 or 3 years after some scathing criticism.
I agree always knew he had it in him which is why it was so frustrating when he fought siaca and Briggs and not Dawson or Ross or BJ
well he could fight many other people with the IBO's computer rankings and hes fighting a young, undefeated fighter who more than likely will outweigh him considerably.ballsy move IMO.dont get all shitty with me because the bunnies were spanked out of the semis by the Dragons Toyota Cup side.:hi:
And you rekon you know about the industry... atsch:hat
I didnt know the Crusierweight limit was 200lb nor would i have thought Danny would be willing to give away 7kg to a much bigger opponent, i dont claim to know all the weight limits for all the divisions etc, i was hoping someone would answer with a civil response. I looked it up myself after reading your helpful hint DJ! :good
I make no apologies that I dont settle for severe mediocrity, nor dont gasp in awe because a belt holder fights a guy ranked in the top 15. :yep Good luck with the circle jerk with all the other happy clappys. :tdh:jjj:smh:klitfanb::bowdown:woot
Yeah good mate, looking at moving into S&T so I don't have to get my hands dirty anymore. Have heard that about your place, we want out water cart back!
It's a good fight ONLY if Green doesn't force Flores to come down to some BS catchweight of 185/190. If Flores can weigh in at 200 then i will be tipping him to beat Green.
Agreed Francis, it definately should be at 200 lbs. Let's not forget too that Flores was a heavyweight prior to going down to cruiser. The idea of reigning champions dictating weight restrictions beyond those set down for the actual weight division is just bull****! There's enough weight divisions and alphabet title belts floating around already, without further *******isation adding to it!
Flores has fought above 200 lbs on many occassions Kegs, and therefore above cruiserweight: http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=188315&cat=boxer The point I'm emphasizing is why should Flores go any lower than 200 lbs when fighting for a 200 lb title, and particularly when he's a guy that's naturally bigger, not smaller. You don't see it that way?
