There was a video posted on this very forum like 2 weeks ago of anderson silva getting ko'd by some boxer with a negative record.

We're talking about MMA here you simple *******, not boxing. BJ Penn would surely do a hell of a lot worse in boxing than Anderson would. Not to mention that match was 10 years ago anyway, and a 20-2 record isn't what I'd call "negative".

Seriously, how the hell does that effect his MMA standing? Something that happened 10 years ago(he won his second match by KO by the way) in a different sport.

Ok Mr.Sweet Pea! I simply said that I'd seen Anderson get KO'd. And its not that irrelevant especially as we were all talking about a silva vs roy jones fight on here a couple of weeks back.

We were arguing about MMA, and you said you'd see Anderson get KO'd too many times by bums. First of all, I didn't know one constituted as "too many", especially in a different sport, especially when it took place 10 years ago and he's improved vastly since then, both as a boxer and especially as an overall fighter, which is what the argument pertained to in the first place.

 

Fedor would likely be ranked over Penn. Talk all the **** you want about Fedor's inconsistency as of late(due to not facing the best rather than losing to them), I'll say the same of Penn losing 3/4 fights a while back.

If we're talking pure ability, it's those 4 at the top.
