When i seen Ingle just say BJS was sniffing liquid ephedrine all very blase as if it was nothing it really did make me wonder what else is going on/down in his gym? At first the whole explanation was oh it was only a 'nasal spray' as if he had been unlucky and sniffed a Vicks for a blocked nose!! fair play to Ingle i suppose for just telling the truth

The 1 i seen with MJP he just said it was ephedrine drops up the nose,its no big deal and is allowed by wada etc
"A very weak dose". A simple search will reveal that it is available from many pharmacies "for the relief of blocked noses and congestion".
Yeah whenever i have taken ephedrine it was for a blocked nose too...!!!! I mean why would a boxer want a known stimulant that also helps lose fat....probably just had man-flu and fancied sparring
The fact that he was taking a remedy that 12 year olds can take does go against your agenda somewhat.

No worries mate. I was gutted the fight was called off. In retrospect, it was done right though in that the findings at the time where passed to Andrade’s team and the WBO were also subsequently made aware of it so they could make an informed decision whether to still have the fight. To my knowledge, both Rivas’s team and the WBC were not made aware of the findings in Whyte’s sample to make an informed decision. They were kept in the dark. Chances are they would have probably agreed with the decision and went ahead with the fight but they should have been allowed to make that decision.
