Obviously there must be probable cause to suspend Margacheto until further analysis of the substance in question. Whatever the substance/object Margarita and his trainer attempted to use and conceal, enough probable cause exist to suspend him. Regardless, the object Margacheto and his trainer attempted to use was a direct violation of the rules. It wasn't suppose to be there. PERIOD. Not very difficult to understand.
