    Translated:

That's chino trinidad on the line. He's basically saying that the fight could POTENTIALLY be off. The reason is that Manny doesn't want to get tested 2 days prior to the fight being that it might affect his performance come fight night. He agrees to get tested however 30 days prior to fight time and immediately after the fight.

According to Chino, he talked with Koncz and he is being given the impression that the Mayweather camp has bailed out of the negotiations. Two names are being floated as to who Manny's next opponent will be: Yuri Foreman and Paulie Malignanni.

they should just do tests before the press conference, after the fight, and one random test during training camp. both parties have to come to a compromise. if manny has nothing to hide he should be willing to do this. at the same time, he shouldn't be be subjected to random drug tests all throughout training camp, cause then it can definitely become a distraction. one random drug test during camp should be enough.

Agreed, they could do the 3 blood tests with one random blood test 30-7 days before the fight with all the random urinalysis they want.

Since its random, taking a tablespoon of blood right before a fight sounds not like a good idea...

But if both fighters have to do it, as long as its no less than id say 2 weeks and with having to do it after as well, that sounds like it would cover fine.

Bob Arum, promoter of Filipino icon Manny Pacquiao, has given Floyd Mayweather Jr. less than 24 hours to drop his demands for Olympic-style drug testing. If he doesn't, Arum insists that the highly-anticipated clash won't happen and Pacquiao will move forward with a fight against another opponent. "Manny has told me he doesn't want to be harassed," Arum would tell Lance Pugmire of the LA Times. "We're not jumping through hoops for Mayweather. I'm not going to take this."

Finally, I'm tired of all these steroid talk. F#ck Floyd, man. They keep insisting on USADA, they can't even guarantee that no tests will be done a day before the fight. That's insane. 3 blood tests and as many random urine samples they want, what the hell else do they want? That's some gay ass ****.

He's boring ass won't fight anyway, it'll be better for the casual fans if it's Mosley or Williams.

The blood tests have already been agreed upon. Don't worry about it.

a compromise would be easy to come to. All they would have to do is find a different organization to do the drug testing that would be more flexible on when the random tests would occur. Say, two or three random tests throughout the camp, but none up to 10 days before the fight, along with random urine tests throughout the camp and a blood and urine tests immediately after the fight. This way there would be no psychological impact on Manny the night of the fight but if they were doping at all anytime through training up to the night of the fight they would be sure to be caught.

good post but i doubt floyd is willing to compromise. they are using media and press release to make pacquiao look like the one who as hiding something when all pac wants is no blood test in days leading to the fight. if floyd won't budge on his unacceptable demand, he doesn't want the risk of fighting pac. he even said that this is an easy fight, why not compromise?

Pac's boss said no blood for thirty days before the fight. That's more than a couple.
