With all that said, it is amazing that you fail you recognize the obvious: Bowe's capabilities were greatly diminished in the Golota fights. He looked terrible.

Yes Bowes capabilities were diminished in the first Golota fight in 1996. Do you think Riddicks capabilities would diminish no matter who he fought in place of Golota in 1996? Think about it. Do you think that's possible? He just beat Holyfield, Donald and Hide.

I don't think had he fought Axel Shultz or Crawford Grimsby in place of Golota That Bowe could conceivably have declined as he did with Golota. I think Bowe would have won against almost anyone else who was around just like he did against Holyfield, Donald and Hide right up until he met somebody like Golota, say a Lewis or Grant or who ever was around who had the tools to hit Bowe as many times from that sort of distance as Golota did.

I don't think a 47 year old George Foreman (who that year cant even knockout a 13 second victim of Jimmy Thunder) could have been that guy in 1996.

I don't think it conceivable or rational in any other circumstance to suggest that a guy who just knocked out Holyfield could ever lose to a guy on par with Axel Schultz or Crawford Grimsby in 1996. I just don't see it.
