Yeah I agree to, still would be a huge waste of talent if he doesn't realize his potential

One thing i love about the clip vs Haye, is how Solis adapted so quickly to his style. Haye is woeful against pressure, and Solis just started putting it on, rather then sitting back and boxing with him.

Haye proves that he simply has no idea on how to handle pressure. Whilst its fine to box with the lead hand down from distance, if you have the speed to get away with it, in close quarters you need to tighten up. Fighters like Roy are a great example. He would be very unorthdox at boxing range, but as soon as they came in close he would cover up in a very high, tight guard.

Haye just leaves himself wide open from this position. Did the exact same thing against Mormeck also, which lead to him having difficulty.

If Haye fights even someone a bit limited like Arreola, i can see him getting in big trouble if he doesn't manage to hurt him early on. He doesn't have a great chin, and he won't deal with the size and pressure that Arreola will bring. Could easily see him getting knocked out.

Against a slightly better fighter like Povetkin with a similar style, he would be at a big stylistic disadvantage also. Would be extremely surprised to see him win that one.

Yeah I think he realized this in his last, that's why he is chasing a fight with the Klits straight up, if he was serious about dominating at Heavyweight he would be looking for more rounds but it's to much of a risk at Heavyweight, they take shots better and get up and hit hard every shot.
Haye thought Monte's Jabs were like right hands, I think someone like Arreola with his scrappy presure would trouble him.
