    No mention of Jirov yet? Vitaly had a very high output fur such a big guy also.

    While they weren't known as volume punchers Tua-Ibeabuchi had some crazy output in their fight. Hardly feather dusting either.

    Some high volume punchers might throw 300 punches on the pads during their warm up before the fight whereas others might only throw 100 max.

    Volume puncher A throws 100 punches on the pads during their warm up and 1000 in the fight

    Volume puncher B throws 300 punches during their warm up and 900 during the fight

    You do the math

    A 100 + 1000 = 1100

    B 300 + 900 = 1200

    We have a clear winner but the casuals will say it's boxer A :facepalm:

    Good call on the Punisher. He is one of the only people to outwork Margarito. Their punch totals when they met was ridiculous.

    Calzaghe! In terms of volume punching he was truly amazing. I have never seen anything like it. His arms were like pistons in a two cylinder two stroke engine, constantly in motion, it was a miracle of nature.

    Especially in the Haymaker fight.

    He was throwing so many, so fast, non bloody stop, that it just became a blur and actually looked as though he wasn't throwing anything and appeared to be totally static.


    So much so you think you could have given him two coats of Matt Emulsion, then watched it dry....
