    80's/90's welter del bryan.fought a lot of good men at short notice and acquitted himself well.could've won a meaningful title with the right promotional team behind him,imo...(32-19)

    Tony Zale, Salido, Castillo, Johnson, Pintor, Pendleton, LaPorte, Briscoe, Soto Karass, Ben Tackie, Jimmy Young. Some are former champs and others if not for facing ATG's should of been champs as well like Young and Briscoe. They are considered 2 of the best contenders ever along with Charles Burley and in a different era might of been champions.

    Gilberto Keb Baas is pretty much the top guy at 108 (seeing as Segura has moved up) his record is as bad as they come
    Muhammad Rachman 64-10-5 (I think) saw his record fall to part over the past few years but still only been stopped once and is the current WBA miniweight champion
