Boxers that would excel in another sport?

    I don’t know how well they would be at picking up the nuances and what kind of feel for the sport they would have.

    I did check Roy Jones’s teammates on the roster when he played in 96’, and had a game before the Eric Lucas fight (when George Foreman said he was sweating ‘pitifully’). Most of them had experience at the D1 level. For what I was able to gather, Roy held his own as a reserve on the team.

    I don’t know how far he could make it in basketball, but being able to play that well while being the best pro in another sport is extremely impressive.
