Boxers you wanted to lose

So most of my social media (and most of my friends, in truth) were happy last night that AJ lost. He's become the guy they used to cheer - many of us were drawn into the 2016-19 era - but now my pals know him as the "big robot" since Ruiz 2.

But who have you wanted to lose in the past? Not going to lie, when I was young I couldn't stand Margin Hagler for some reason, didn't like Nigel Benn (Eubank beating him was great) and despite always watching, I was waiting on Prince Naseem getting chinned. What says the forum?

You love your female boxing so you must have favourites and others you dislike.

 

Almost forgot, talking of meltdowns, Clarissa Shields when she eventually loses.

 

I usually favour one boxer over an other in a fight, rather than specifically wanting one to lose.

But in the past year or two, I've actively cheered against Florian Marku (attitude and ability in negative correlation, needed humbling), Josh Warrington (he seems like a nice lad when interviewed, but his headbutts have been disgraceful), and Jarrell Miller (obvious).

Can't believe I didn't list Conor Benn. Maybe it goes without saying.

And nothing to do with the drug bust either (that's just made it stronger) - his "PPV baby" gangsta attitude cemented it long before that.

 

Yeah you are right,thanks for reminding me. Thankfully she seems to have diasappeared from the scene but i couldn`t stand Shannon Courtney and was delighted when she lost to Rachel Ball and Jaimie Mitchell
