I was wondering if anyone trains with boxing shoes/boots with elevated heels. I have put insoles in mine. The reason being is to help me keep me on my toes and keep me from being so flat-flooted. The flat sloes of the regular boots are awkward to me, and a feet more comfortable in regular athletic shoes. So I made them more like a regular shoe. Any thoughts? Do they make boxing boots with "regular" or with a heel or an arch? thanks
