    Golovkin is my favourite active fighter but I cringe every time I hear the "he hits harder than a heavyweight" claims. I doubt he is even the hardest hitter at 160 since we hardly ever see him one-punch KO his opponents.

    That everyone who isn't liked by the masses are paying off everyone and all are taking PEDs...

    "Floyd Mayweather Jr is feather-fisted"

    The real reasons he stopped getting KOs were;
    1. He fought a safety first, defensive style
    2. He suffered from hand problems
    3. His opponents felt his power and were hesitant to rush in on him

    Not that I think he was particularly heavy handed but if he really was such a light puncher, his opponents would have walked through him. The fact nobody did so suggests they knew they would be punished, the Pacquiao fight highlighted this perfectly. Floyd kept Manny honest and if he had have forced the issue, Mayweather would have dropped him.

    Why are there no doping accusations against this man? He's so tiny and punches with such concussive force! And he's from Cuba, a nation of drug cheats when it comes to baseball.

    Anyone can see GGG knocking out Duhaupas or Takam with one single punch? Or even by accumulation of punches....hahaha soo funny

    Floyd wouldn't have dropped Manny. Manny absorbed huge bombs from Cotto, Marquez, and a 165 pound Margarito. Marquez was finally able to drop and stop Manny after undergoing the most sophisticated and intense doping program in sports history. Even before that, Marquez was a heavy-handed puncher. And I'm not sure what you're talking about... Manny came forward all night, but Floyd was on his bike the whole time. Floyd hit Manny once or twice w/ flush shots to no ill effect. I do agree that Floyd isn't feather fisted, though.

    Wilder and Hearns get leverage. They also have speed and are just good punchers.

    I vividly remember Floyd being the one who almost got dropped. I'm sorry but there was no way that Floyd would have dropped Pacquiao in that fight, maybe Maidana but not a guy who has taking punches from power punchers in eight!!! different weight classes.

    Personally I think Lemieux is a harder puncher than GGG but its very possible that GGG could stop Duhaupas or Takam with an accumulation of blows. Remember that it took wilder and PEDvetkin a few combos to put him to sleep.

    Well maybe you are right or maybe not, I only watched the fight live and never re-watched. You talk about all the weight classes Manny went through but fail to mention he was dropped and stopped by fighters who didn't possess the accuracy and timing of Mayweather and probably not even the power. I am hardly an expert but remember thinking Pacquiao wasn't as aggressive as expected which led me to believe it was the threat of Floyd's right hand which kept him from rushing in, why else did he allow Mayweather to cruise to a clear decision without throwing caution to the wind?

    Foreman lifted Frazier off his feet with an uppercut. I've watched the fight numerous times and never seen what people were referring to when they said that.

    Max Baer killed two men. No he didn't. He killed one after repeatedly rabbit punching him while he was trapped against the ropes.
