You wouldn't even need to do that. If you had Golden Boy you have the Ring belt. Just have your fighters refuse to fight for the other belts other than yours.
Good point. The dream feels a little more real now. Quite scary to think what is achievable if a few people put their ego's aside but Arum and co look at this purely as a business. There is no real love for the game. If there was something revolutionary like your proposal I would be in support of it. WBC and WBA is what historically establishes linear but they are a joke as well as the confusion in boxing today so something like you suggest would do a lot to revolutionise boxing. Peolpe like Sky etc would go straight to GBP/Top Rank for the rights. Alternatively, fights could be made if there was some sort of fool proof way to keep the fighters and promoters financially happy - winner takes all, closed bids on every fight etc There is no real accepted method and negotiations are always a mess - Haye vs Klit, Floyd vs PAc etc
